Carole-Ann obtained her bachelor's degree in social sciences with a major in sociology and a minor in public communication in 2012. She then completed a masters program in sociology in which her thesis focused on masculine homosexuality within Catholicism. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in sexology at UQAM and her thesis focuses on sexual identity, sexual agency and sexual fluidity in women.
In addition to her studies, she is also the Business Development Manager in the Mortgage Financing Department at the Desjardins Group, a position which she has held for over nine years. She sits on the LGBT+ Desjardins committee as well as the Diversity and Inclusion committee. These mandates allow her to reconcile her two passions, those being social science and financial services.
