Flaming (or roasting) is a type of hostile communication and public humiliation that takes place online where people post insults, threats, derogatory, or disparaging comments about a person or group. Flaming often takes the form of misogynistic, fatphobic, homophobic, racist, transphobic, or hateful speech.

Trolling is a type of flaming that aims to trigger a reaction online. A troll is an individual who takes pleasure in disrupting an online community by posting hateful or provocative messages.

How can you counter flaming?

- Stop contributing to hate campaigns online;
- Avoid participating in discussion threads;
- Report posts and accounts that contribute to these online hate campaigns.

This game is a creation of Les 3 sex*, as part of the Sextortion campaign funded by Canadian Heritage.
